Choose France, the national strategy to attract more international students
On 19 November 2018, Prime Minister Edouard Philippe introduced the “Choose France/ Bienvenue en France" plan. Its goal is to make France more attractive to international students and to increase the visibility of French higher education system abroad.
The ruling of 19 April 2019 sets the registration fees for community and non-community students. Decree No. 2019-344 of 19 April 2019 specifies the different possibilities of exemption for international students.
